1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering and using this car park and park & ride service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the facility.

2. Parking is at Owner's Risk

Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner's risk. We do not accept responsibility for:

• Loss or damage to vehicles
• Theft of or from vehicles
• Fire, vandalism, or third-party actions

3. No Bailment

Parking does not create a contract of bailment. We are not responsible for safeguarding your vehicle.

4. Charges & Payment

• Parking and/or transport fees must be paid in full before exit, or in advance where applicable.
• Charges apply 24/7 unless stated otherwise.
• No refunds for unused time or early departure.
• Overstays will incur additional charges.

5. Length of Stay

• Maximum stay periods apply unless pre-agreed in writing.
• Vehicles left beyond the agreed period may be removed or clamped at the owner's expense.

6. Park & Ride Transport

• Shuttle services run on a schedule and/or demand basis.
• We do not guarantee exact departure or arrival times.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
• Passengers must allow sufficient time for onward travel, especially for flights.

7. Passenger Responsibility

• You must arrive in time for your intended shuttle.
• Luggage is carried at your own risk.
• You are responsible for ensuring you are on the correct return service.

8. Vehicle Condition & Security

• Vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, and legally compliant.
• You must lock your vehicle and secure all belongings.
• No valuables should be left visible inside the vehicle.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted on site:

• Sleeping or camping in vehicles
• Repairs, maintenance, or refuelling
• Storage of hazardous or illegal materials
• Anti-social or abusive behaviour

10. Damage to Property

You are liable for any damage caused to:

• Other vehicles on site
• Car park infrastructure
• Shuttle vehicles

11. Clamping, Removal & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Clamp or remove vehicles parked in breach of these terms.
• Charge all associated removal and storage costs to the vehicle owner.
• Refuse future use of the facility.

12. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Missed flights, appointments, or connections
• Loss of income or business arising from use of this facility

13. CCTV & Security

• CCTV may be in operation for safety and crime prevention purposes.
• Footage may be shared with authorities if required by law or in the investigation of an incident.

14. Data Protection

Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is used and stored.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in service delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Current terms will be displayed on-site and on this website. Continued use of the facility following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
