Are there any hidden fees on top of the price at checkout?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. It covers your parking space, your own private transfer to and from any of the four terminals for up to 8 passengers, and our full vehicle check-in. There's no booking fee, no transfer fee and nothing to pay when you arrive.
Will I have to pay Heathrow's drop-off or pick-up charges?
No. Some Heathrow parking operators charge around £14 when you arrive to cover Heathrow's terminal drop-off and pick-up fees. We don't. We cover those costs ourselves, so you won't be asked for anything extra at the car park or at the terminal.
Where exactly is Horton Executive Park, and what address do I use for sat nav?
We're on Horton Road in the village of Horton, a few minutes from Heathrow. Enter Horton Rd, Horton, Slough SL3 9NU into your sat nav and look out for the Horton Executive Park sign on arrival.
Is Horton Executive Park outside the ULEZ zone?
Yes. We sit just outside Greater London's ULEZ boundary, so there's no extra charge for non-compliant vehicles driving to us, unlike car parks on the Heathrow side of the M25. Find out more about parking outside the ULEZ zone.
Can I change or cancel my booking after I've paid?
Yes, you can amend your booking up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability. Get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
How long does the free transfer take to my terminal?
Around 5 to 10 minutes to any of the four Heathrow terminals. Transfers run 24/7 and your private transfer leaves as soon as you've checked in, so there's no timetable to wait for and you never share with other bookings.
Is my car safe while I'm away?
Yes. It's a secure, staffed site with 24/7 CCTV and perimeter fencing, and every car goes through a documented, hire-car style check-in on arrival, so its condition is recorded before we take your keys.
What happens when I arrive to drop off my car?
Drive straight in, no queuing. Our team completes a quick arrival sheet and walks around your car with you to note its condition, then tags your keys and you'll board your transfer within minutes.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The transfer … More to Terminal 3 was incredibly smooth and took only around 10 minutes. They have a range of vehicles available to transport passengers and, although you may sometimes share a transfer with others, on both our drop-off and pick-up journeys we had the van to ourselves, which felt like a private transfer.
The vehicles are excellent. On the way to the airport, we travelled in an imported Korean van, which was a highlight in itself. The location is easy to find, being a large property with extensive grounds. It feels very secure, and staff are also based on-site.
On our return journey, I received a WhatsApp message shortly after landing to arrange collection. By the time we had collected our luggage, Roy was already waiting for us in the car park, making the journey back quick and hassle-free.
The staff are genuinely friendly, communication is excellent, and we will definitely be using Hortons again and recommending them to friends and family.
